Ingredients
- Ginger grated -1/4 cup
- Garlic grated- 1/4 cup
- Green chilies grated – 1 tsp.
- Celery (optional) – 2 tsp.
- Red chili powder (if u want it to be spicy) – pinch
- Red chili sauce – 4 tbsp.
- Soya sauce – 1 tsp.
- Tomato sauce – 3 tsp.
- Vinegar – 1/2 tsp.
- Ajinomoto – 1/2 tsp or little more
- Salt to taste
- Oil
How to make Schezwan Sauce
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add grated ginger, garlic, and green chilies.
- Cook it for 2 min on a low flame.
- Add celery (if required)
- Add red chili powder and add chili sauce, tomato sauce, and soya sauce.
- Stir and add vinegar, Ajinomoto, and salt.
- Cook it for some time.
- Spicy schezwan sauce is ready.
