Schezwan Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • Ginger grated -1/4 cup
  • Garlic grated- 1/4 cup
  • Green chilies grated – 1 tsp.
  • Celery (optional) – 2 tsp.
  • Red chili powder (if u want it to be spicy) – pinch
  • Red chili sauce – 4 tbsp.
  • Soya sauce – 1 tsp.
  • Tomato sauce – 3 tsp.
  • Vinegar – 1/2 tsp.
  • Ajinomoto – 1/2 tsp or little more
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil

 How to make Schezwan Sauce

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add grated ginger, garlic, and green chilies.
  • Cook it for 2 min on a low flame.
  • Add celery (if required)
  • Add red chili powder and add chili sauce, tomato sauce, and soya sauce.
  • Stir and add vinegar, Ajinomoto, and salt.
  • Cook it for some time.
  • Spicy schezwan sauce is ready.
