Cheese Dip Rice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Vegetable salad
  • Rice – 1 cup
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Tortilla cheese dip – 2-3 tablespoons
  • Water – 2 cups
  • Vegetable stock – 1 teaspoon

How to make cheese dip rice:

  • Cook the rice with water and vegetable stock seasoning.
  • To cook rice (pour away any excess water), add olive oil, and cheese dip and mix well.
  • Add vegetable salad (full leaves without chopping) and mix well.
  • Refrigerate and serve cold.
