Ingredients
- Spinach 250 gm
- Garlic 2 cloves (crushed and chopped fine)
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Cream 200 ml
How to make Creamy Spinach
- Heat butter and oil in a pan.
- Add the garlic and saute till fragrant.
- Then add the spinach and cook till the spinach wilts.
- Then add the salt, pepper, and pinch of nutmeg.
- Reduce heat and stir in the cream and cook for a further 1 minute on low heat.
- Sprinkle with fresh pepper and serve.
