Curd Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

  • Bread  6 pieces
  • Onion  1 medium capsicum  1
  • Tomato  1
  • Boiled Potatoes  2
  • Red Chillie Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Curd  1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter
  • Garam Masala 1/4 tsp

How to make Curd Sandwich

  • Cut all the vegetables in small pieces and mix in the curd.
  •  Add salt, red chili powder, and garam masala. Chat masala can also be added in place of garam masala.
  •  Now take a slice of bread, butter it up, and spread curd mix over and use the toaster, sandwich maker, or flat frying pan to make sandwich.
  •  The vegetable curd sandwich is ready.
  • Serve it hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
