- Bread 6 pieces
- Onion 1 medium capsicum 1
- Tomato 1
- Boiled Potatoes 2
- Red Chillie Powder 1/2 tsp
- Curd 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Butter
- Garam Masala 1/4 tsp
How to make Curd Sandwich
- Cut all the vegetables in small pieces and mix in the curd.
- Add salt, red chili powder, and garam masala. Chat masala can also be added in place of garam masala.
- Now take a slice of bread, butter it up, and spread curd mix over and use the toaster, sandwich maker, or flat frying pan to make sandwich.
- The vegetable curd sandwich is ready.
- Serve it hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
