Ingredients
- 2 cheese cubes
- 1 onion
- 2 green chilly
- 2 bread slice
- 7-8 curry leaves
- 1 cup gram flour
- 1 tsp. corn flour
- a pinch of baking powder
- a pinch of citric acid
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. red chili powder
- oil for frying
How to make Cheese Pakora
- Finely chop green chili and onion.
- Cut cheese cubes and bread into cubes.
- Mix all the ingredients in besan and make thick batter using water.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all pakoras until they turn brown.
- Serve them hot with sauce or chutney.
