Carrot Soup Recipe

A recipe that is good for health and full of taste.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated carrot
  • 1&1/2 cups coconut milk
  • Juice of a lemon
  • 2-3 slit green chilies (de-seeded)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pinch of pepper powder

How to make Carrot Soup

  • Boil green chilies and grated carrot in just enough water till tender.
  • Puree it in a mixer and add the coconut milk, salt, pepper, bring to boil once and add lemon juice.
  • Adjust consistency.
  • Serve decorated with coriander leaves.
