Cheese Crackers Recipe

Cheese is considered to be one of the most anti-carcinogenic of all foods. Enjoy this yummy recipe with tea.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup refined flour
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp. red chili powder

How to make Cheese Crackers

  • Preheat oven at 180°C. Place a silicon sheet on a baking tray.
  • Combine butter and cheese in a bowl and mix well.
  • Add garlic powder, pepper powder and red chili powder and mix well.
  • Add refined flour and mix well. Add 2 tbsp. water and knead into stiff dough.
  • Roll out the dough into a large sheet of ½ inch thickness. Cut into diamonds with a knife and place the diamonds on the baking tray. Prick the diamonds all over with a fork.
  • Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
  • Serve as a tea time snack or store in airtight container for 3-4 days.
