Ingredients:
- Vegetable salad
- Rice – 1 cup
- Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
- Tortilla cheese dip – 2-3 tablespoons
- Water – 2 cups
- Vegetable stock – 1 teaspoon
How to make cheese dip rice:
- Cook the rice with water and vegetable stock seasoning.
- To cook rice (pour away any excess water), add olive oil, and cheese dip and mix well.
- Add vegetable salad (full leaves without chopping) and mix well.
- Refrigerate and serve cold.
