Creamy Spinach Recipe

Ingredients

  • Spinach 250 gm
  • Garlic 2 cloves (crushed and chopped fine)
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tsp  
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Cream 200 ml

How to make Creamy Spinach

  • Heat butter and oil in a pan. 
  • Add the garlic and saute till fragrant. 
  • Then add the spinach and cook till the spinach wilts. 
  • Then add the salt, pepper, and pinch of nutmeg. 
  • Reduce heat and stir in the cream and cook for a further 1 minute on low heat. 
  • Sprinkle with fresh pepper and serve.
