Dry Fruit Basundi Recipe

A healthy and tasty desert recipe that will delight you anytime.

Ingredients

  • 500 ml – milk
  • 100 g – powdered sugar or as per taste
  • 1 cup – raisins
  • 1 cup – dry fig
  • 1 cup – dry dates
  • a pinch of elaichi powder
  • 3 to 4 pieces – badam& pista

How to make Dry Fruit Basundi

  • Soak the dry fruits for three to four hours.
  • Make a smooth thick paste.
  • Boil the milk reducing it to half.
  • Cool the milk then add sugar, mixture of dry fruits and Elaichi powder.
  • Garnish with badam and pistachios pieces.
