Ingredients
- 500 ml – milk
- 100 g – powdered sugar or as per taste
- 1 cup – raisins
- 1 cup – dry fig
- 1 cup – dry dates
- a pinch of elaichi powder
- 3 to 4 pieces – badam& pista
How to make Dry Fruit Basundi
- Soak the dry fruits for three to four hours.
- Make a smooth thick paste.
- Boil the milk reducing it to half.
- Cool the milk then add sugar, mixture of dry fruits and Elaichi powder.
- Garnish with badam and pistachios pieces.
