- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup

- 1/2 teaspoon sugar

- Marinate the Paneer:
- In a bowl, mix the cornflour, all-purpose flour, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper powder.
- Add water gradually to form a thick, smooth batter.
