Mint leaves/ Pudina are packed with anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Having it in the form of a yummy breakfast will add stars to your morning.
Ingredients
- Pudina leaves – 2 handful
- Coriander Leaves – 1 handful
- Green chilies – 3 medium-sized
- Ginger
- Besan – 6 tbsp
- Maida – 2 tbsp
- Corn Flour – 1 tbsp
- Ajwain – 2 tsp
- Salt – 2 tsp
How to make Pudina Crunchy Roll
- Grind pudina leaves, coriander leaves, chilies, and ginger to a fine paste.
- Mix this paste with Besan, Corn Flour, Maida, Ajwain and salt. Prepare smooth dough like chapati dough.
- Make balls of 3-4 inches in diameter from this dough and roll it out into a thick round shape in a chapati roll.
- With a help of a knife cut the rolled-out dough and roll it.
- Heat the oil in a pan and once the oil is heated, drop these rolls into the oil and deep fry.
- Pudina crunchy rolls taste good with ketchup and are ideal evening snacks.
